In-ground pools designed for Davie, Broward County

Plan a custom pool close to our Davie showroom, with the home, outdoor living space and long-term use considered together. Build an in-ground pool around the property survey and your priorities, with custom depths and entry features reviewed together.

Relating in-ground pools to your property

Your Davie pool begins with an on-site visit to gather measurements, photographs and the details that shape the backyard. We use that information in a custom 3D design, then review the concept with you at our Davie showroom.

Built on site, not from a mold

Gunite lets the shape follow your property instead of forcing the property to accept a catalogue shape. Length, depth, steps, benches and ledges are planned around how you want to swim, relax and entertain.

Plan the whole backyard

The strongest pool layouts begin with the house, views, construction access, equipment location, planting and usable deck space. We study those relationships before settling on the pool footprint.

Views from the main rooms and patio
Clear walking routes around the water
Space for furniture, shade and landscaping
Construction access and equipment placement

Shape the water around your routine

A custom in-ground pool can support active swimming, shallow-water lounging and family time without treating every feature as a separate idea.

Custom depths, steps and benches
Sun ledges and shallow lounging areas
Attached or raised spas
LED lighting, heating and automation
Interior finish, tile, coping and decking choices

Engineered for its site

South Florida soil, groundwater, setbacks and drainage all influence the structure. Circulation is planned around the final shape so steps, ledges and deep areas receive effective water movement.

A complete project, clearly defined

The proposal brings the shell, entry design, circulation, lighting, deck, coping and permitting support into one coordinated scope. That makes the finished outdoor space easier to understand before construction begins.

Built for long-term ownership

Equipment access, controls and maintenance are considered alongside appearance. The structure carries a lifetime structural warranty, with three years on equipment and one year on other items.

We undertake new pool construction and substantial structural renovations. Whether starting a shell or assessing an existing one, options such as reshaping, a spa and a sun ledge are considered within the full outdoor layout. Discuss the following in-ground pools options during your consultation.

Custom depth, steps and benches
Sun ledge for lounging in shallow water
Attached or raised spa
LED lighting and automation
Salt system and pool heating

Start at our Davie showroom

Our office at 5601 SW 45th Street includes an indoor display pool. Bring your survey, backyard photos and a short list of priorities so the conversation can move from inspiration to the practical choices for your home. A generous pool footprint is only one option. Compare room for swimming with the space you want to keep for a lawn, shaded dining or a separate spa. On a property with existing outbuildings or long access routes, discuss equipment placement and construction access early. Use the property visit and 3D presentation to compare the view from the house, the route to the water and the relationship between the deck and planting. A freeform pool can soften the layout, while a geometric design can organize distinct outdoor rooms.
